Transparent Terms for a Smooth Booking Experience
We keep our booking process clear, fair, and guest-friendly. Please review the terms below regarding bookings, payments, cancellations, hotel policies, transport, and service conditions.
General Travel Notes
The maximum number of sightseeing spots per day is fixed as per itinerary planning. Some places may be skipped due to weather conditions, traffic, road closures, time restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Rates may change during peak periods such as New Year, Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and long weekends. Gala dinner charges apply as per hotel policy wherever applicable.
Hotel Policy
Standard hotel check-in time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in, late check-out, heaters, room upgrades, and fresh-up rooms are chargeable and subject to availability.
In case of unavailability, similar category hotels will be provided.
Child Policy
Children below 5 years may stay free without extra bed and meals. Children aged 5β12 years and adults above 12 years are chargeable as per package policy.
Correct age information is mandatory at the time of booking.
Package Notes
All packages are customizable unless mentioned as fixed departures. All communication must be in writing. Verbal commitments will not be considered valid.
Packages are not treated as confirmed until advance payment is received.
Taxi & Transport Policy
Taxi usage is strictly as per itinerary. Additional hours, route changes, extra stoppages, or detours will be chargeable.
Some destinations may have limited infrastructure and older local vehicles may be used where necessary.
Adventure & Activity Policy
Adventure activities are subject to weather, local permissions, and government regulations, and are generally at the guestβs own risk and cost unless specifically included.
Documents Required
Identity proof and payment receipt screenshots are required for booking confirmation. Guests must carry all relevant documents during travel.
Payment Policy
Tour Packages: 50% advance, 50% on arrival
Other States / High-End Hotels: 75% advance, 25% on arrival
4/5 Star, International, Andaman, Flights/Trains: 100% advance
Cancellation & Refund Policy
31+ Days: No cancellation charges, token reusable within 365 days
15β30 Days: 50% cancellation charges
Less than 15 Days / No-show: 100% cancellation charges
By proceeding with the booking, the guest confirms acceptance of all package terms, hotel policies, cancellation conditions, and payment rules.
